Bonnier News is currently looking for an office coordinator to support their offices in Gävle and Sandviken. About the role
Bonnier News has premises all over Sweden, but we are currently seeking a part-time office coordinator to support the units in Gävle and Sandviken. Working hours are based on 10:00–15:00, and there is flexibility to combine the work with your studies. A valid B-class driver's license is required as you will be working in both Sandviken and Gävle. You will work two days a week in Gävle one week, and two days a week in Sandviken the following week. In addition to working part-time during the terms, there is also work available this summer starting in mid-July. During this period, the work will be full-time for a few weeks in July/August. You will receive an introduction to the role from your colleagues before working independently.
After the introduction, you will work largely independently. This means you must be someone who thrives on taking initiative and is self-sufficient in your tasks. Of course, a supervisor is available for support and questions throughout the assignment.

Responsibilities
As an office coordinator, your workdays will vary, but your duties include, among other things:
- Restocking office supplies
- Maintenance of cash registers
- Administrative tasks
- Organization and handling of contracts and paperwork
- Checking alarm and lock systems
- Card and key management
- Mail handling, product orders, and deliveries
- Waste management, setup, and maintenance of offices in Gävle and Sandviken
- General supervision of premises, storage rooms, and warehouse areas
We are looking for someone who
- Is currently pursuing post-secondary studies at least 50% and will graduate no earlier than autumn term 2027
- Can work approximately two days a week alongside studies and more during the summer
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
- Has a B-class driver's license as you will be driving the company car between locations
