Alltime Sweden is looking for summer staff.

Alltime Sweden works with high-quality technical property management and property services, ensuring that customer needs and wishes are exceeded.

Our customers should feel more than satisfied, which is why we always do a little more than expected. We handle electricity, heating, sanitation, plumbing (HVAC), ventilation, control and regulation technology, building services, and project management.

Alltime Sweden operates from Kiruna in the north to Trelleborg in the south. We manage the technical administration of our customers' properties. The group generates a turnover of nearly 400 million SEK across its companies: Alltime Sverige AB, FastighetsCompetens i Norrland AB, Alltime Stockholm AB, and Alltime i Malmfälten AB, with good results. Alltime Sweden is part of the Finnish group Alltime Group OY.

Alltime Sweden now needs more employees with a genuine interest in properties, quality, and craftsmanship.

Job Responsibilities

At our company, you will work with external maintenance of properties and green areas. Our customers are larger property companies and housing cooperatives, meaning the type of assignment and scope vary.

Responsibilities include:

• Grass mowing
• Other gardening work
• Litter picking

Education and Experience

Experience in similar tasks is an advantage, but not a requirement.

A Category B driver's license (manual transmission) is required. Since all reporting is done via computer and mobile, experience with computerized reporting programs is desirable.
