About the role

As a Maintenance Technician here, you will become an important part of a small and competent team where you will have significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence. You will work close to production and contribute to ensuring high availability, quality, and efficiency in our machines and facilities.

You will:

• Work with both reactive and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair machines and production equipment
• Participate in and drive improvement and development projects
• Coordinate and guide external contractors
• Be responsible for purchasing spare parts and equipment
• Work continuously in our maintenance system

As we build our new factory, you will also have the opportunity to help develop working methods, structures, and technical solutions.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who thrive in a role where you can combine practical work with problem-solving and improvement work. You are self-reliant, structured, and like to take responsibility – but are also a team player who contributes to a positive work environment.

We see that you have:

• A few years of experience as a maintenance technician or similar
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing machines (mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics)
• Good computer skills and experience with maintenance systems
• Welding skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Electrical skills
• Lathe and milling skills
• Automation/PLC
• Forklift and overhead crane certificates

• Location: Åshammar (eventually Sandviken)
• Scope: Daytime, full-time, permanent
• Salary: Fixed salary
