Alltime is hiring a Property Technician / Operations Technician in Gävle

Responsibilities

At Alltime, you will work with property technical management, maintenance, and repairs. Our customers are larger property companies and housing cooperatives, meaning the type of assignments and scope will vary.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Patrolling and internal and external maintenance of properties.
• Functional testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance within ventilation, electricity, plumbing, and construction.
• Contact with customers and suppliers.
• Maintenance and fault correction of systems such as fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and ventilation.
• Estimating costs for common repairs and measures.

Education and Experience

You currently work as an operations technician, ventilation technician, electrician, plumbing fitter, carpenter, property technician, or in a similar role. We prefer that you have relevant education in the field as well as a few years of professional experience.

A valid B-class driver's license is required. Since all reporting is done via computer and mobile, experience with computerized reporting programs is desirable.

Personal Qualities

In this recruitment process, significant emphasis is placed on personal qualities. We are looking for someone who has worked a few years as a property technician or operations technician and wishes to develop within the field. You are quality-conscious, organized, and positive. You are social, self-motivated, enjoy service, and have the ability to make decisions when necessary. You are flexible and can work both independently and in a team.
