Hansåkerskolan is located right in the heart of Stugun. Approximately 230 students in grades F-9 attend the school. About 30 teachers and support staff work here. The school is organized into three work teams: After-school care, Grades F-6, and Grades 7-9.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a Student Assistant for Hansåkerskolan in Stugun. You will provide support to individual students who need resources throughout the entire school day as well as at the after-school care center. You will become part of a dedicated work team where you together find solutions and create opportunities for the students' development.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for supporting students based on individually set goals and plans.
• Assist students with special needs so they can participate in the school's teaching.
• Interact with students, guardians, teachers, and other staff at the school.
• Solve arising situations in a secure manner.
• Support students' social development and upbringing.
• Follow the organization's current laws, policies, and routines.
• Be part of the planning for the after-school care center.

About You

You take great personal responsibility in your assignment and can work independently. You are a secure adult and a good role model, with the ability to connect with the students. You see every individual and create a safe environment at school, collaborating with others to achieve set goals.

As a person, you are flexible, clear, and structured. You enjoy working with children who need special support, as you are a very important part of their school day. You have good cooperation skills, are receptive, and find it easy to communicate and collaborate with students and other key professional groups for this target group. You have good collaborative skills and a professional attitude towards the children, relatives, and other actors around the students. You are engaged and have a desire to share our values, work towards set goals, and work with continuous improvements. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The position is a fixed-term position lasting between 2026-08-10 and 2027-08-06.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Student Assistant education or other education directed towards school operations is a requirement.

Previous experience working as a Student Assistant is meritorious, as well as experience working with children with special needs. It is also meritorious if you have education within the NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) field.
