About the Position

We are seeking a Montessori-trained educator for a full-time position, starting as agreed.

In this role, you will work together with other educators to plan, implement, and develop the pedagogical activities. You will contribute to creating a safe, creative, and inclusive environment where children have the opportunity to explore, develop, and grow at their own pace.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a Montessori-trained educator.
• Has a strong interest in children's learning and development.
• Has excellent communication skills with both colleagues and guardians.
• Has good knowledge of the preschool curriculum and pedagogical documentation.
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
