What we do and want

The department provides municipal home care services to customers throughout Tyresö Municipality.

We are located at Bollmoravägen 28D, next to Tyresö Center. The mission of the home care service is to enable people to remain living in their own homes and, based on decisions regarding support, to meet the customer's individual needs for personal care and services around the clock. The operation, which consists of five geographical areas, is led by an operations manager and four unit managers. We strive to ensure that every employee has a good balance between work and leisure.

Tyresö Municipality is a Silviahemmet-certified municipality, and all permanent employees undergo individual training held by Silviahemmet, funded by the employer.

About the position

The duties include helping our customers in their homes with planned home care interventions based on decisions regarding support.

The work involves nursing assistance and responding to emergency calls from customers' safety alarms.

Working hours are 21:00–07:30.

Who are you?

You are a trained assistant nurse (undersköterska) or have experience in home care or residential care for the elderly.

A B-class driver's license is required.

We place great importance on personal suitability, which means a professional attitude towards our customers, good teamwork skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to make quick decisions when required. The work is varied and demands flexibility. You should be computer literate and proficient in Swedish, as we perform daily social documentation.
