Activate Rehab in Danderyd is currently seeking a licensed occupational therapist for a permanent position.

We provide primary care rehabilitation under the Region's administration. Our team consists of more than 40 employees, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, dietitians, and receptionists, who collaborate to ensure patients receive the absolute best care. Therefore, it is important that you can collaborate with colleagues across all professional groups, as we work multimodally around the patient. We view this interdisciplinary approach as a strength in our operations and in your work.

You will primarily be responsible for home rehabilitation, but also for assistive device fitting, group sessions, and, when necessary, work capacity assessments and lymph therapy at the clinic.

Your duties include ADL assessments, assistive device evaluations, prescription and fitting in the patient's home, as well as information regarding selection criteria and the Region's regulations. You will also visit Sodexo, perform memory assessments, and work with cognitive aids. Advice and support regarding self-care are also part of the role.

You will work together with physiotherapists and dietitians, attending both team visits and individual patient visits. You will plan and structure your days together. The tasks are varied, requiring you to be organized, flexible, and independent, with the ability to maintain an overview of the patient's situation and prioritize your interventions accordingly. We maintain continuous collaboration with external healthcare providers in our vicinity.
