Your assignment

As a coordinator, you will belong to the Cyber Operations Department. The department's mission is to strengthen the protection against sophisticated IT attacks against the most valuable operations in Sweden. Please read more on FRA's website www.FRA.se (http://www.FRA.se).

As a coordinator, you will have many points of contact. In daily operations, you will collaborate with FRA colleagues and act as the hub in the dialogue with the organization's external clients. You will work with administration as well as strategic client-related issues and business development. The work is carried out with great personal responsibility, and you will have good opportunities to develop and deepen your knowledge within cybersecurity. The nature of the work means that we are surrounded by strong external secrecy, which is why it is important that you are comfortable handling it. Business travel may occur, both domestic and international.

In the role of coordinator, your main tasks are to coordinate work internally and externally with a focus on our assignments, primarily in the form of:

• Being the contact point for our clients where we run several projects simultaneously
• Driving work forward internally through follow-up, administration, and coordination
• Being a natural part of the work to develop methods, processes, and tools
• Opportunity to work with strategic issues by identifying needs and developing the business

The role offers a broad variety of tasks at both strategic and operational levels. We ensure that you get the right conditions for an introduction to the position while giving you good opportunities to grow into the role and gradually take on new challenges and areas of responsibility.

You can

We are looking for you who have:

• Post-secondary education
• Experience such as caseworker, coordinator, customer manager, project manager, or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of office systems such as the Office package, etc.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing

We consider it meritorious if you have one or more of the following qualifications:

• IT or other technical education
• Experience in customer responsibility
• Experience in business development
• Knowledge of cybersecurity issues
• Worked with security-sensitive operations
• Experience in similar roles in a technical context

The workplace is located near Drottningholm, approx. 10 minutes from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security class. Before employment, you will undergo a security clearance in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act. Employment entails an obligation to be placed on war footing.
