Your Assignment
As a System Administrator, you belong to the Information Management Unit within the Business Support Division. The unit is responsible for maintaining an efficient and legally secure handling of public documents in accordance with laws, regulations, and internal rules. The unit currently consists of the agency's registrars and archivists. We are currently in a very exciting phase as we are implementing a new document and case management system. To ensure a successful implementation and continuous management and development, we therefore need to strengthen the unit with a business-oriented system administrator.
In your role as System Administrator, you will be driving the agency's document and case management system to meet the internal and external operational requirements placed on the system, ensuring that the system is developed and managed in a way that provides a modern and well-functioning support for the operations. Since the system is relatively new, part of the work will involve implementing a system administration structure and then leading it forward. You will act in a project-leading capacity in development areas that are highlighted and have close dialogue with system technicians as well as system users.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Management and development of document and case management systems
- Drive/project manage change needs and administration activities, such as the implementation of new case flows
- Act as support and helpdesk for the agency and conduct user training
- Planning and testing prior to upgrades
- Manage system permissions
What You Bring
We are looking for you who have:
- An academic education in IT/system science or equivalent as assessed by the employer, or alternatively equivalent knowledge acquired in another way
- Experience in system administration or system management of document and/or case management systems, or alternatively experience in managing similar systems that give you equivalent prerequisites
- Experience in coordinating and conducting training in both small and large formats in a pedagogical manner
- Experience in leading projects and assignments
- Experience in coordination/collaboration between system users and system technicians
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
We consider it meritorious if you have:
- Worked as a system administrator or system technician for document and case management systems in the public sector, especially within the defense sector
- Experience with the introduction of new systems
- Experience in providing user support and helpdesk services in a larger organization
- Worked with system testing
- Worked with change management
- Good knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the handling of public documents in the public sector

More Information
The workplace is located near Drottningholm, approx. 10 minutes from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security clearance level. Before employment, you will undergo a security check in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act. Employment entails an obligation to be placed on war footing.
