The hotel is located on Södra Stadsberget in Sundsvall, approximately 3 km from Sundsvall city center, offering a panoramic view of Sundsvall, the sea, mountains, and valleys. It is only a 10-minute drive to the city center, bus and train stations, and 25 minutes to Sundsvall Airport.

Hotel Södra Berget in Sundsvall is now looking for one (1) receptionist for a permanent position at 75% hours, as our current colleague is moving on to new exciting challenges. We are looking for someone who believes it is important and, above all, fun to put the guest at the center of everything. We value a positive, independent, and responsible person who can handle pressure during busy periods. As a person, we see that you love providing good service. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Experience from the industry is desirable but not a requirement, as training is provided on the job.

Main responsibilities:

• Handling check-in and check-out procedures.
• Operating the telephone switchboard.
• Cash handling and invoicing.
• Reservations.
• Other service-related tasks.

Skills and qualifications:

• Knowledge of the booking system Techotel Picasso is desirable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Access to a car is preferred as public transport is limited during working hours.
