Janitor/Restaurant Staff Member, 75%

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a janitor/restaurant staff member for a restaurant operation. The position is varied and involves both facility maintenance and practical work in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Perform deep cleaning and ongoing maintenance of restaurant premises
• Receive and handle merchandise deliveries
• Prepare the operation by, for example, mixing juices, cutting fruit, and restocking consumables
• Dishwash and keep guest areas clean and welcoming during service
• Perform other common tasks within the restaurant industry

We are looking for you who

• Are responsible and can work independently
• Have a good ability to see what needs to be done and take initiative
• Enjoy practical and varied work
• Are available to work evenings and weekends

Previous experience from the restaurant or service industry is meritorious but not a requirement.

The work involves moving around a lot in the premises, using stairs and ladders, and handling light to heavy lifting. The position is therefore moderately physically demanding.

The establishment serves alcohol, which means you need to be able to handle alcohol-related work tasks.

Working Hours

Preliminary schedule:

• Wednesday: 10:00–14:00
• Thursday: 10:00–14:00
• Friday: 15:00–01:00
• Saturday: 15:00–01:00
• Sunday: 14:00–17:00

Monday and Tuesday are normally days off.

The schedule may be adjusted based on the operation's needs, and some deviations may occur.

Employment Conditions

• Employment level: 75% (approx. 30 hours per week)
• Salary: 153.64 SEK/hour or a fixed monthly salary of 19,935 SEK
• Shift allowance according to current collective agreement
• Collective agreement: HRF/Visita (National Agreement)
• Vacation: 25 paid vacation days per year
• Employment type: Probation period of 6 months with possibility of continued employment
• Start date: Immediately. Estimated start approx. three weeks after completed interview

Important Information

The position presupposes that the job seeker is granted support from the Swedish Public Employment Service, for example "Nystartsjobb" (New Start Job) or "Introduktionsjobb" (Introduction Job). If support is not granted, the employment cannot begin. If the support ceases, the employment may be terminated.
