What does the role entail?

As a receptionist, you are responsible for ensuring our guests receive world-class service. You are the hub of the network, ensuring the guest is always in focus. You review the arrival list, pay attention to the details, ensure guest requests are fulfilled, and always have a smile on your lips with a creative solution up your sleeve. You handle most situations and are a star at turning an unhappy guest into a happy one. The responsibilities also include administrative work, security tasks, and sales. As a night receptionist, you have significant responsibility for security.

The work at the reception involves checking guests in and out, welcoming them, and providing the information they need during their stay. You handle bookings in the Opera Cloud system and manage administrative tasks related to guests and security. All work is focused on guest satisfaction and sales.

The hotel is open every day, so it is important that you enjoy working both weekdays and weekends.

Who are you?

To fit this role, we believe you have well-developed social skills and are capable of handling multiple things happening simultaneously. It is very important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.

You also have experience and knowledge in using a computer as a work tool.

Since the job largely consists of communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. Speaking an additional language is an advantage.

However, the most important factors are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be an attentive and ego-free team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result.

Information about the position

The position is a permanent part-time employment.

We apply a probationary period. The role primarily involves night shifts, but day and evening shifts may occur. Start date: as soon as possible. Applications are processed on a rolling basis.
