We are now looking for a driven and creative cook who wants to work in a small, intimate kitchen, close to and together with our Head Chef.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly and creatively, focusing on game, local ingredients, and Nordic influences in our cooking. We primarily serve conferences with 2- and 3-course menus, offer authentic and carefully prepared lunches, and host weddings, Christmas buffets, and more. You will play an active part in creating these experiences.

You will take responsibility and drive the kitchen operations together with our Head Chef, including involvement in menu planning and purchasing. Since we work closely with our guests, high social competence is a prerequisite. You see yourself as a natural part of our team and want to contribute long-term to the development of a business with an exciting future, where personal development is a high priority.

The position involves a mix of day and evening shifts, as well as some weekend work. We are looking for someone who is flexible, punctual, passionate about service, and deeply committed to the entire operation.
