First Hotel Statt is a classic hotel located in the High Coast area, in central Örnsköldsvik. Built in 1913, the hotel proudly carries its prestigious history and, thanks to its location near the guest harbor, is a cherished landmark in Örnsköldsvik.

At First Hotel Statt, no day is the same as the last. One moment you are checking in a regular business guest, and the next you are saying goodbye to a hockey team. Or perhaps you have arranged a surprise for children staying at the hotel for the very first time?

We are looking for a team member for the reception who can spread joy and ensure our guests feel welcome. As part of our team, you will greet our guests with a warm smile and handle all common reception tasks. This is a role that requires both a service mindset and efficiency, but it also offers you the opportunity to make a difference for our guests. The position involves varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.

The hotel has 115 guest rooms, 5 conference rooms, 1 banquet hall, and a large restaurant serving everything from breakfast, à la carte, lunches, conference catering, buffets, and much more. The kitchen team prepares delicious food in a lovely, historic setting. In the summer, the terrace is open where you can enjoy breakfast, lunches, and dinners. The hotel also features a relaxation area with a sauna and a small gym.

We are looking for you who are passionate about service and want to give our guests that little extra. Service is your passion, and you are a proactive, initiative-taking, and responsible person with previous hotel experience.

You are energetic, flexible, attentive, and curious.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speaking and writing.

For us, it is a given that we work across departments, and this position is primarily based at the reception.

Computer literacy is a requirement

We work in the hotel system StayIntouch.

The position involves working alone. According to legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages, we prefer that applicants are over 20 years of age.
