Here, you will meet people with varying healthcare needs. Your tasks include assessing, planning, and structuring care for individual patients and their relatives using a person-centered approach. You will follow up and document according to current legislation and our quality registers. As a nurse, you work independently and have patient responsibility. You collaborate closely with colleagues such as nurses, nursing assistants, the rehabilitation team, and doctors. You also cooperate with the unit manager for care personnel at the care and housing facility.

We operate from shared premises at FO Petersons gata 9 in Högsbo, where the rest of the home care team is located. This creates a larger context where we support each other and share our expertise. This way of working promotes a lower and more even workload, where we help each other and prioritize our tasks together. You will start your workday with the entire work group, perform your patient visits at the facility, and then finish your shift at our shared office. This will give you a better structure in your work, more time for planning and administration, and closer contact with your manager.

About you

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with experience from municipal healthcare. It is meritorious if you have adequate further education for the patient group, e.g., "Care for the Elderly". The position requires a B-driver's license, and evening and weekend shifts are included.
