Summer Bonus 2026: Earn up to 10,000 SEK (12,000 SEK in certain municipalities/units and assignments) – work at least 80% for 8 consecutive weeks during weeks 24–34.

What will you do?

With us, you get to be where life happens. Your work may involve helping with daily tasks, creating a sense of security, accompanying people on activities, or providing support when daily life becomes challenging.

Where can you work?

Specialized housing, Home Care, Day Activities, Personal Assistance, Supported Living, Social Psychiatry, Short-term Childcare Housing, and LSS Housing.

Who are we looking for?

You who have a genuine interest in people, can communicate in Swedish, and want to contribute with warmth, calm, and engagement. Minimum age 18 years (exception for those studying Vocational Programs/Adult Education).

Qualifications:

Education from the Care and Nursing Program, Childcare and Leisure Program, or Nursing Program. Previous experience in care work, a B-class driver's license, or previous work with us are considered merits.

Good to know:

  • We hire continuously – submit your application as soon as possible.
  • A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record register) is required from 2025-02-01.
  • Working hours may include days, evenings, and nights.
  • Employment period is at least 4 weeks or longer.

Depending on the content of the position, suitability assessment, extract from the criminal record register and/or suspicion register, or security clearance with register check according to the Security Protection Act may be required before employment. The purpose is to ensure that the employment can be carried out in a safe and secure manner based on the requirements of the operations. Employment can only take place if the assessments have been approved.
