Customer Success Engineer at Kebni

Kebni is a listed high-tech company whose products are used by customers globally when precision, reliability, and robustness are critical. The solutions Kebni develops in the form of sensors and navigation systems help autonomous systems understand movement, attitude/orientation, and position with very high precision, even in environments where traditional GPS technology is insufficient. The technology is used in both civilian and military applications and is a critical component in systems where there is no room for error.

Kebni is now looking for a Customer Success Engineer who wants to combine technology, problem-solving, and customer interaction in a role where you help customers get the maximum value from advanced technical solutions.

Your future challenge

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will become an important part of the customer journey. You will work closely with customers who are considering using Kebni's products and help them succeed throughout the entire process: from technical questions and integration support to training and problem-solving. You act as the link between the customer, sales, and development. When customers need support, it is often you who help them find the right solution, coordinate the right expertise internally, and ensure that important experiences and needs are communicated back to the organization.

The role is broad and varied. One day you participate in customer meetings to discuss a new application or technical solution. The next day, you work together with product owners and developers to solve a technical challenge or improve the customer experience.

You will work with Kebni's high-performance IMU and INS solutions – sensor units and complete navigation systems used where accuracy and reliability are critical. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you need to be curious and have the desire to learn how the products are used by customers.

Example of responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers before, during, and after the implementation of Kebni's products.
  • Help customers integrate and use the products in their systems and applications.
  • Participate in customer meetings to understand needs, answer technical questions, and find solutions.
  • Act as a link between the customer, sales, product owners, and development organization.
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical problems together with customers and internal specialists.
  • Plan and conduct training and product walkthroughs for customers and partners.
  • Contribute to documentation, guides, and other materials that simplify the use of the products.
  • Collect and convey customer feedback to contribute to the development of products and services.
  • Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and other activities where technical expertise is required.

Are you the one we are looking for?

As a person, you are curious, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You have an easy time building trust and can explain technical issues in a way that the recipient understands. At the same time, you are structured and enjoy driving issues forward together with both customers and colleagues.

To succeed in the role, you have:

  • Post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience from a technical role with customer contact, such as in technical support, application support, service, system integration, or similar.
  • Good technical understanding and the ability to dive into complex products and systems.
  • Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

It is meritorious if you have experience with sensors, navigation systems, electronics, or other technology-intensive products. Having worked in an international environment or with customers in industry, defense, or advanced technology is also an advantage.
