Sarpsborg Bilsenter is growing and is now looking for an engaged automotive mechanic who wants to become part of our knowledgeable team. Here, you will work with several well-known car brands in a modern workshop equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, offering varied tasks and good opportunities for professional development.

We are an authorized dealer for Changan, Fiat, and Jeep, as well as a brand workshop for Peugeot, Changan, Fiat, and Jeep. As a member of MECA, we also perform service and repairs on most car brands and motorhomes up to 3,500 kg.

About the Position

As an automotive mechanic with us, you will work with both passenger cars and transport vehicles. You will become part of an experienced team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and high quality are a natural part of everyday life.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of passenger cars and transport vehicles
• Repairs and mechanical work
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Installation of accessories and extra equipment
• Vehicle inspections (PKK) for those with the necessary certification
• Other workshop duties

Who We Are Looking For

You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have a strong commitment to your profession. You thrive both working independently and collaborating with colleagues, and you are committed to always delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Vocational certificate as an automotive mechanic for light vehicles
• Relevant experience can compensate for lack of vocational certificate
• Experience with multiple car brands is an advantage
• Interest in and willingness to develop within electric vehicle technology
• PKK certification is an advantage but not a requirement
• Good knowledge of Norwegian or another Scandinavian language
• Category B driver's license
