About the Role

Professionals Nord is recruiting on behalf of Lambertsson for a Regional Sales Manager. This is a direct hire position, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord, and you will be employed directly by Lambertsson.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager at Lambertsson, you will play a key role in their continued growth journey in the Northern Region. You will be responsible for developing business with both existing and new customers, focusing on creating long-term partnerships and profitable solutions for local and regional customers – regardless of product area.

You will work closely with customers, understand their challenges, and identify opportunities where Lambertsson's broad offering can contribute to increased efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Through active and strategic sales work, you will build strong relationships and grow the business over time.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect new customers and business opportunities.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact to closed deal.
  • Collaborate closely with regional depots and internal specialists to create the best possible customer experience.

You will become part of an engaged sales team where collaboration, business sense, and customer focus are at the center.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Documented experience in creating and developing long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong business drive and a good understanding of the customer's business.
  • Ability to work in a structured and results-oriented manner.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B) as the role involves regular travel within the region.

Furthermore, we believe your personal attributes are important for success in this role. You are driven by creating business, building relationships, and achieving set goals. You are self-motivated, business-oriented, and thrive in a role that combines strategic thinking with operational sales work.

Experience from the construction, contracting, or rental industry is considered an advantage.
