Since 1989, the Activa Foundation has worked for a more inclusive society and labor market. With operations throughout Örebro County and a dedicated team, we support participants who, due to disabilities and/or illness, are far from the labor market.

Through individually tailored and long-term support based on the Supported Employment method, we help people find work or education. We also run training and development projects that contribute to innovation.

Job Responsibilities

As a Corporate Consultant, you will match employers and job seekers, i.e., find workplaces based on the job seeker's wishes and conditions. Collaboration occurs with the employment consultant and the job seeker.

You must be able to build a network with companies and employers and be able to represent and sell Activa as a collaboration partner. The work involves proactive outreach and a lot of work involving calling and contacting employers.

We believe you have good knowledge of the county's companies and labor market, as well as knowledge and experience of external contacts. You have an interest in the target group and a social commitment to the idea that all people should have the right to work.

Experience from business life, relationship-building sales, or other knowledge in the area is meritorious.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Post-secondary education of at least 2 years in e.g., marketing, at university/college level or university college level
• Or equivalent work experience

It is meritorious if you

• Can speak more languages than Swedish
• Have a B driver's license

Personal qualities you as a Corporate Consultant at Activa should have

• Structured: You can plan and prioritize your work, handle several parallel tasks and deadlines, and document your work.
• Independent: You work confidently on your own, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive the work forward.
• Receptive and cooperative: You collaborate with your colleagues and engage in processes when needed.
• Communicative: You are communicative and feel comfortable and secure in contacts with internal and external parties.
• Flexible: You adapt easily to changed conditions and new tasks.

The role involves significant personal responsibility and good opportunities to plan and structure the work yourself, in close collaboration with colleagues and management.
