As a procurement specialist here, you will become part of an engaged and competent team consisting of procurement specialists, strategic buyers, and purchasing controllers. Our purchasing department is a key player in both large and small investment and cost projects, as well as in framework agreements for the group. To meet future challenges, we are now looking for a new procurement specialist who wants to be part of our exciting journey. We place great emphasis on ensuring that the organization's purchases focus on environment, society, and business. Together with representatives from the operations, you will lead and conduct various types of procurement processes. You will be a key resource for the operations in procurement and contract matters.
With varied and exciting tasks, your days will be filled with:
- leading and conducting procurement processes
- negotiation and contract drafting
- supporting colleagues and operations in procurement and contract matters
- driving business development projects and assignments
- contract follow-up
Are you the one we are looking for? You are a relationship-building and empathetic person who thrives on collaborating, inspiring, and building bridges between different parts of the organization. With a business-minded approach and the ability to think strategically, you contribute to smooth and precise procurement processes.
Experiences you bring and share with us:
- A degree in a relevant higher education or university college program within areas such as economics, purchasing/procurement, or another direction, and/or experience that we consider relevant for the role
- Some experience with the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and the Act on Procurement in the Water and Energy Sectors (LUF)
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
It is also a plus if you have experience from the public sector and from project management or category management.
