In Stockholm, the team is located at the office in Globen, where 14 people work closely together and in close collaboration with colleagues in the Nordics and globally. Responsibilities

In the role of Sales Executive, you work operationally and close to the business with sales and business development towards both existing and new customers. You have overall responsibility for your business, from customer dialogue and pricing to analysis and follow-up, with a focus on creating sustainable and cost-effective transport solutions in a rapidly changing market.

You work primarily with Swedish and Nordic customers as well as global partners and have daily contact with international colleagues and suppliers. The work includes customer meetings, travel, and clear administrative responsibility where system work, follow-up, and structure are a natural part of everyday life. The environmental perspective is central, and you adapt solutions based on customers' different needs and conditions. The role also involves personnel responsibility for a small team in Finland, where you support the team in daily work and contribute to structure, quality, and development over time.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and managing existing B2B customer relationships
  • Ongoing contact and cooperation with international colleagues and suppliers
  • Price negotiations and work with complex pricing, including regular price updates
  • Analysis of business, margins, and cost changes based on market and external conditions
  • Identification and processing of new business opportunities, customers, and volumes
  • Development of efficient and more environmentally friendly transport solutions for both bottle and bulk transport
  • Personnel responsibility including follow-up, prioritization, and development of work

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Experience from forwarding or international transport/logistics
  • Experience working close to the business with customers, pricing, or sales
  • Good understanding of transport flows, cost structure, and logistics setup
  • Experience working with numbers and analysis, including good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience working in CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience in personnel responsibility
  • Knowledge of Finnish
