Next Recruitment is now looking for a customer service representative for a part-time role with our client. The assignment involves strengthening the customer service team and is performed entirely remotely.

As a customer service representative, you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring that inquiries are handled quickly, clearly, and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
  • Assist customers with accounts, orders, and simple issues
  • Register and manage cases in the client's system
  • Contribute to good service and a positive customer experience

We are looking for someone who

  • Is service-oriented, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Has good computer skills
  • Can work independently and structured from home
  • Speaks Swedish or English

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not a requirement.

About the role

Location: Remote / from home

Scope: Part-time / on-demand employment

Working hours: Flexible hours (day, evening, or weekend)

Start: Immediately or as agreed
