B2B Appointment Setter in Sunny Málaga – Work on Swedish Business Projects

Are you ready to develop your communication skills and work on professional B2B projects under the sun in Málaga?

We are looking for Swedish appointment setters who want to become part of our growing team in Spain. You will work on Swedish business projects and help our partners create new business opportunities by arranging high-quality meetings with the right decision-makers.

You will join a small, engaged team where quality, structure, and good results are the focus. We work exclusively with B2B – no private consumers.

What does a B2B Appointment Setter do?

As a B2B Appointment Setter, you contact Swedish companies and schedule meetings for our partners. You create professional dialogues, identify the companies' needs, and ensure that the right decision-makers get the opportunity to meet with a specialist or consultant.

You will receive thorough training for each project and work with established companies in several exciting industries – including HR, payroll, HR administration, IT solutions, payment solutions, and warehouse management systems.

The perfect candidate

We are looking for someone who is social, curious, and enjoys building new relationships. You communicate professionally in Swedish and thrive when speaking with business clients.

Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer contact is a plus, but not a requirement. The most important thing is your attitude, your willingness to develop, and your ability to build trust in conversations with Swedish companies.

Your responsibilities

• Contact Swedish companies and schedule meetings for professional consultants and advisors
• Create dialogue with decision-makers and identify relevant business needs
• Work on several B2B projects within areas such as HR, IT, fintech, insurance, pensions, and business systems
• Ensure high quality in customer dialogues and appointment setting
• Contribute to the team's common goals and results
• Develop your knowledge in communication, sales, and business understanding

Your qualifications

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good communication skills and ease in building relationships
• Interest in B2B communication and professional customer contact
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is a plus but not a requirement
