We are looking for an Excavator Operator to join our wonderful team!

Are you a motivated excavator operator who enjoys varied days, interesting projects, and strong teamwork? Then you might be our next colleague!

We are currently looking for another excavator operator to work on our various construction projects, ground engineering contracts, and other types of earthworks in and around Umeå. We have both tracked and wheeled excavators, so depending on your experience, we will see what suits you best. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience operating both types of machinery.

Here, you will work in a family-owned company where your contribution is valued. We currently have about 60 employees, and we are located in newly renovated premises on Västerslätt. Next year, we will also celebrate our 10th anniversary as a company. We are proud to be a secure and stable employer with many exciting and fun projects underway and ahead of us.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from the ground engineering industry
• Is accustomed to working in construction projects and with various types of earthworks
• Has a valid excavator operator certificate (required)
• Is self-motivated and responsible
• Is a team player who is happy to get out of the machine and help the ground workers when needed
• Can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Is creative, solution-oriented, and likes finding smart ways forward
• Has a desire to develop and enjoys doing a really good job
• Contributes positive energy and good team spirit
