Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of customer-centric system solutions that support DHL Freight's product and business processes. You work through the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to release, operations, and further development. The role involves a clear Nordic perspective where you adapt solutions to regional strategy and local conditions.

A key part of the job is understanding customer needs and translating them into functional technical solutions, while ensuring structure, methodology, and cost control in projects. You also drive the development of e-solutions and contribute to increasing digital security.

Examples of tasks:

• Drive the delivery of customer-centric IT and integration solutions from requirement to production
• Responsible for translating business needs into concrete system solutions
• Ensure project delivery according to time, cost, and quality
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with integration solutions and APIs
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure)
• Experience with modern development environments
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

To succeed in this role, you are technically curious and enjoy diving into new solutions and ways of working. You have a business perspective and can connect technology to actual customer value.

You enjoy collaborating with others and are comfortable in the dialogue between technology and business. At the same time, you have integrity, dare to question solutions, make decisions, and drive the work forward. You have a structured approach to work and can zoom in on details as well as step back to see the big picture.
