Your responsibilities

We are looking for a trained assistant nurse (undersköterska) with a protected professional title for the night unit in home care services.

As an assistant nurse in the night unit of home care, you work in close collaboration with registered nurses and assistant nurses. The position is based at Skyttevägen with duties requiring travel by car. You work task-driven across the entire municipality, providing care to patients in ordinary housing, care and support housing, LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) activities, and short-term accommodation.

You are a responsible person with good skills in planning and organizing your work. You have full delegation authority and experience in accepting all delegations from licensed personnel. We value that you are cooperative, while also having the courage and willingness to work independently.

The work involves documentation in our digital systems, which requires good computer skills and strong communication abilities. Your qualifications

We are seeking an experienced assistant nurse with education in care and nursing, who has a special interest in palliative care, psychogeriatrics, and preferably has further education in this area.

You work with a person-centered approach and consider each individual's unique needs and wishes. You are confident in your professional role and are happy to share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues. You have good skills in collaboration, communication, and promoting a good work environment. You work evidence-based, methodically, and with a development-oriented attitude, and you are accustomed to adapting your working style to the patient's needs. As a colleague, you contribute to a good work environment, take responsibility, treat others with respect, and have a passion for working with the elderly. You are engaged in your own development and actively participate in improvement efforts to raise the quality of our work.

A B-driving license for a car with automatic transmission is required for the position.
