Assistant Nurses Needed for Tapiren in Kristinehamn

Do you want to contribute to our elderly residents experiencing safety, joy, and a high quality of life in their daily lives? We are now looking for three secure, positive, and responsible assistant nurses for our special housing facility, Tapiren.

Tapiren is centrally located in Kristinehamn and has 60 apartments spread over three floors. Kristinehamn's special housing facilities are part of the Support, Care, and Social Services Administration, an operation that works every day to provide the elderly and people with disabilities with the support, care, and rehabilitation they need. At our facility, the individual's needs are always at the center.

We offer three full-time positions with the possibility of part-time work.

Job Responsibilities

As an assistant nurse with us, you are an important part of providing support in daily life, for example with personal care, meals, and activities. You contribute to our tenants having the opportunity to maintain their independence and use their own resources to the greatest extent possible.

Your work is also about creating a safe and meaningful existence where quality of life is central. You will also perform delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

We are looking for you who have the ability to create a climate together with your work group where you and your colleagues work towards common goals and always with the user in focus. We work from a person-centered approach and with permanent care contact. You should be able to meet people in different situations in a professional manner.

Pool shifts and night duty are included.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse or are in the final stages of your assistant nurse education. It is important that you can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish, as language is our primary tool, as well as due to documentation requirements.

We consider it an advantage if you have a B driver's license as pool shifts are included in the job, and if you have advanced training in dementia care.
