Your role / About the job

We are looking for 4 nurse assistants or trained care aides for Lillåsen's dementia residence located in central Hagfors. The residence has 31 apartments distributed across the wards Dungen/Loftet and Gläntan.

DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Your task is to provide care for our residents based on their own needs and conditions. Your duties include, for example:

• Assistance with transfers and personal hygiene.
• Various service tasks.
• Medical tasks.
• Documentation.
• Activities to promote health and good social interaction.

About Lillåsen

Lillåsen is located in central Hagfors and has a dementia residence with two wards. Lillåsen also has a short-term care ward. This position concerns Lillåsen's dementia wards.

If you are interested in taking on administrative tasks, you may get the opportunity to work with, for example, BPSD, recruitment, and scheduling.

Working hours

Working hours are scheduled during the day, weekends, evenings, and nights. We offer the opportunity to influence the schedule that we create together, where all employees can submit preferences.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a qualified nurse assistant or care aide, preferably with a few years of experience. To thrive with us, we want you to:
