DUTIES

We are currently accepting expressions of interest from you who wish to work as a nursing assistant, care aide, personal assistant, or supported living coordinator in our operations.

The duties involve helping the care recipient in their daily life with everything that entails. In addition to helping with hygiene, care, and household chores, the work involves socializing and adding a golden touch to the care recipients' lives. The work includes documentation as required by legislation.

We are looking for substitutes for:

• Special Housing
  Also known as nursing homes, these are located in several different places in the municipality (Järpen, Mörsil, Kall, Hallen, and Duved).
• Home Care
  In home care, you provide service and care to the elderly and sick in their own homes. You travel between assignments using a service vehicle. Night shifts with the night patrol are also possible here.
• Housing with Special Support
  You work in our housing units with special support in Järpen and support residents with planning and carrying out daily activities based on an individually formulated implementation plan. You may work with individuals who have challenging behavior and psychiatric diagnoses.
• Personal Assistance
  We have various assignments in Järpen and Hallen where you work on a 24-hour basis in the homes of individuals with support needs. You complement where functional limitations set boundaries and work based on the individual's conditions and wishes.

QUALIFICATIONS

It is important to be responsive, flexible, and genuinely interested in people. You must be able to see, listen to, and validate the people you meet.

Collaborating and contributing to a positive work climate among colleagues is obvious to you. You must be able to read, speak, and write in Swedish fluently. Experience and/or education within healthcare is meritorious.

A Category B driver's license is required for home care, housing with special support, and personal assistance.

To work with us, you must present a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (criminal record check). For work with the elderly or adults with disabilities in their homes, this is required before you can start employment. Please clarify in your application what previous experience you have that may be relevant to our operations.

OTHER

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: Start date 2026-09-01. Recruitment takes place continuously based on the needs of the units. There may be an opportunity to start immediately.
