Team Leader for Metal Industry in Malmö!

At TopWork, we are currently looking for a Team Leader for an established industrial company in Malmö.

We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for daily operations while contributing to the development of both work methods and employees. You will serve as a key link between production, maintenance, and logistics, playing a central role in ensuring that the business achieves its goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize the daily production flow
• Ensure that materials, tools, and resources are in place before production begins
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and follow up on production results
• Act as the first point of contact for operational disruptions and technical issues
• Support and develop operators in their daily work
• Ensure that machinery and equipment are used according to procedures and instructions
• Responsible for ordering consumables and production-related materials
• Collaborate with warehousing, logistics, and maintenance to create efficient flows
• Actively work with occupational health and safety, orderliness, and continuous improvement

We are looking for you who

Have experience in team leadership within manufacturing industry and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for both people and production.

You preferably have experience from sheet metal, steel, or metal processing industries and are accustomed to production environments where machines, flows, and planning are crucial to the business's results. You have a good technical understanding and are comfortable handling production-related issues in everyday work.

As a person, you are clear, engaged, and solution-oriented. You dare to set demands, follow up on results, and create structure while building trust and helping people develop.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in team leadership or team management within the industry
• Experience from sheet metal, steel, or metal processing operations
• Good understanding of production flows and production planning
• Good computer skills and experience with business systems
• Technical understanding and interest in improvement work
• Ability to create engagement and drive change
