As a nursing assistant within Arvika Municipality's care and social services, you are part of a team that makes daily life work for people who need support. It is about taking responsibility, initiative, and solving situations when it really matters. You work closely with them in their home environment and contribute with high-quality care, always with heart and consideration.
You work together with dedicated colleagues and managers – people who support each other and do their best every day. Here we value collaboration, respect, and a clear drive to get things done.
Our employees are professionals who take their mission seriously and see the results of their work every day, all year round. Even though your colleagues are there for support, it is important that you also take personal responsibility when you are out among our care recipients. You handle various situations, from physically demanding tasks to small efforts that make a difference, make decisions, and ensure that daily life works for those who need support. In your job, you meet different people and challenges – no day is like another.
