Equient AS is hiring skilled Bricklayers / Facade Masons

Equient AS is constantly developing and is now looking for several skilled bricklayers and facade masons with a sense for performing high-quality craftsmanship, and above all, for building good relationships with our employees and customers. We are looking for you who are skilled and engaged in working with various types of brickwork.

You must have experience from the industry and the profession. It is absolutely necessary to understand the trade we work in. You will work closely with quality-conscious colleagues and owners of the company. We can offer good development opportunities and a broad network. Qualifications and Experience

• Large bricklaying projects for recognized customers.
• Follow up and be responsible for your own work.
• Support colleagues in other projects if needed.
• Be a constructive sparring partner for your own colleagues.

Desired Qualifications

• System understanding of brick, maintenance, masonry, and the trade in general is required.
• Must have worked as a bricklayer previously.
• Understanding of brick traditions and the principles of bricklaying.
• Take initiative, think new, and be self-reliant.
• Independent and comfortable with having responsibility.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian or English, both written and spoken.
