At Mark & Fastighetsservice i Kalmar AB, we specialize in high-quality plot construction, drainage, stone paving, and other common infrastructure works.

We work in tight two-person teams where the boundary between machine operator and construction worker is fluid – we finish the job together.

About the role

You will be responsible for our brand new JCB Hydradig 110W, but with us, you are more than just a driver. Since we are a small team, you are required to be active in all parts of the project. You seamlessly switch between precise excavation and stepping out to help your colleague with pipe laying, insulation, or stone paving.

Your focus areas:

Drainage & Utilities: Execution of complete drainage systems where you maintain oversight of the implementation.

Grading & Stone Paving: Everything from rough grading with the 12-ton excavator to precision work with walls and paving stones.

Teamwork: You and your colleague plan and execute projects independently from start to finish.

Who are you?

We are looking for a hybrid – a skilled machine operator with a construction worker's heart. You understand that the result of a plot construction project depends on the collaboration outside the machine just as much as the precision inside it.

Your qualifications:

• Professional certificate for excavators and good familiarity with wheel excavators (approx. 12 tons).
• Construction expertise: You have extensive experience in drainage technology and stone paving.
• Self-motivated: You can read a plot, identify solutions, and make decisions on-site.
• Customer focus: You are service-oriented and understand the importance of leaving a neat and clean workspace behind you.
• Driver's license: Category B minimum (BE is an advantage).
