We are looking for a machine operator/construction worker to join our team in northern Stockholm County.

You will work alongside a colleague in a small, efficient team focused on ground and construction work in forest environments and varied terrain.

We offer a four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) for those seeking a good balance between work and leisure.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and participate in construction work
• Perform excavation, planning, and cable/pipeline laying
• Final grading, restoration, and level checks
• Maintenance of machinery and tools
• Work in varied terrain and forest environments

Qualifications

• Experience as a machine operator or construction worker
• Category B driver's license
• Good physical fitness and experience working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Independent, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
• Fluent in Swedish or English

Preferred qualifications:

• Category BE, C, or CE driver's license
• Machine operator certificate / professional license
• Experience with cable, electrical, or water/sewage projects
• ESA (Safety in Roadside Areas) or Road Work training
