At Sustend Project Management East, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager who wants to drive projects for commercial property owners and public organizations. We work closely with our clients and take responsibility from idea to finished result, always with a focus on quality, clarity, and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Construction Project Manager with us, you will lead construction and renovation projects from start to finish. You are the hub between the client, contractors, and authorities, and are responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards. Your tasks will include:

• Planning, leading, and monitoring construction projects
• Acting as the client's representative throughout the entire process
• Managing budgets, schedules, and quality assurance
• Coordinating all involved parties

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management or equivalent
• Documented experience with projects in commercial properties or public facilities
• Confident in driving projects independently and taking responsibility for the entire process
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
