Petainer is now looking for an S&OP Specialist who wants to take a key role in creating balance between customer needs, production, and the supply chain.

Your responsibilities

As an S&OP Specialist at Petainer, you will hold a central position in the business, responsible for driving and developing the company's Sales & Operations Planning process. You will work closely with sales, production, and supply chain teams to ensure the right capacity, high delivery precision, and well-founded business decisions.

The role combines analysis, planning, and coordination, making you a vital link between several functions within the organization. You will work both operationally and strategically with forecasts, capacity planning, and continuous improvements.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Driving and developing Petainer's S&OP process
• Creating, analyzing, and improving forecasts and requirements planning
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators related to forecast accuracy, inventory, and delivery performance
• Identifying risks and opportunities within capacity and supply
• Collaborating closely with sales, production, and planning functions
• Contributing to improvement initiatives within the supply chain and planning processes

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in planning and supply chain within a manufacturing environment, who thrives in a role where analysis and collaboration go hand in hand.

You are accustomed to working in a data-driven manner and have the ability to turn analyses into concrete recommendations and decisions. At the same time, you are communicative, business-minded, and skilled at creating alignment between customers and various internal functions.

We believe you have:

• Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or S&OP
• A good understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and planning processes
• Experience in transport and order coordination
• Experience with ERP systems and very good skills in Excel
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience from the international manufacturing industry and have worked with facilitating or developing S&OP processes.
