Responsibilities

As an Operations Technician here, you are responsible for carrying out the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of the buildings' technical systems. This means that together with your colleagues, you ensure that these systems function correctly. You also participate in planning preventive maintenance work.

The tasks include, among other things:

• planning and carrying out supervision and maintenance of heating, ventilation, substations, fan rooms, cooling systems, and other technical rooms
• operation optimization/energy optimization
• computerized operation monitoring and control and regulation systems
• systematic fire protection work (SBA)

Qualifications

For this position, you are required to have at least a secondary education in operation and maintenance, along with a couple of years of relevant work experience.

You also need to have:

• experience with ventilation, heating, control, and monitoring systems
• experience with operation optimization, energy optimization
• Category B driver's license

The following are meritorious:

• limited electrical competency
• cooling technology

About the Position

The position is a permanent full-time employment. We apply a probationary period. Start date immediately or by agreement. The position may involve on-call duties.
