About the role and your daily life

As a Control and Regulation Technician with us, you play a key role in ensuring that our customers' systems function optimally and energy-efficiently. You are based out of our office in Älvsjö and work closely with customers to deliver first-class service and technical solutions.

Your main challenges and responsibilities:

• Service & Maintenance: You maintain and optimize control and regulation equipment as well as ventilation systems.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: With your technical finesse, you tune existing facilities for maximum performance.
• Commissioning & Measurement: You commission FTX units and perform precise air and pressure measurements.
• Consulting: You proactively identify improvements and suggest smart energy solutions for the customer.
• Safety: You perform risk analyses and ensure that all work is carried out according to current standards and requirements.

Who are you?

To thrive and excel in this role, you are a natural problem solver who loves technology. You are used to planning your own days, take great ownership of your projects, and enjoy working independently in the field. Since you are our face to the outside world, you are also communicative, service-oriented, and skilled at building long-term relationships with customers.

We are looking for someone who has:

• ECY certification or a high school education in electrical engineering.
• Some years of experience as a service electrician or control and regulation technician within heating and ventilation.
• Good technical understanding of ventilation systems and a structured approach to work.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
