Experienced Tesla Body Repair Technician/Panel Beater for Borås Bil Accident Center Viared

Do you want to work with Tesla at the accident workshop at Borås Bil Accident Center? We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Tesla accident technician/panel beater for Borås Bil Accident Center Viared who wants to deliver high-quality repairs and contribute to a secure customer experience. You will have the opportunity to develop in an inclusive work environment together with engaged colleagues where quality, respect, and collaboration are at the center.

Tasks for Accident Technician/Panel Beater

• Repair and replace body and sheet metal components on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
• Perform dent removal, spot welding, and assembly of sheet metal parts.
• Use the workshop's machines, hand tools, and measuring equipment for accident repair and straightening.
• Collaborate with colleagues in accident inspection, painting, and customer reception for efficient workflow.
• Ensure high quality in the work performed and follow the workshop's routines and safety regulations.
• Document performed work and time in our digital systems, Cabas and CAB.

Qualifications and who we are looking for

• Requirement of several years of experience in panel beating, car body work, or similar work in an auto workshop.
• If you have previously worked with Tesla and have Tesla training, this is highly meritorious.
• If you have worked with any of the following brands, this is also meritorious: Volvo, Peugeot, Citroën, Maxus, Renault, Dacia, Polestar, Lynk & Co, and Tesla.
• Very good knowledge of welding, straightening techniques, structural damage, and larger jobs, as well as the use of panel beating tools.
• Experience working with modern workshop methods and digital documentation is meritorious.
• Structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious in the work performed.
• Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently when required.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A B-class driver's license is required.
