About the role As a Vehicle Assembler at Zenvo, you will become a vital part of the team that builds our hypercars from the ground up. You will work with assembly, fitting, installation, adjustment, and final completion of vehicles in the absolute top class. Your work will cover everything from chassis, mechanics, and electrical systems to detail finishing, problem-solving, and final assembly prior to testing. This is a role for you who likes to work with your hands, think in solution-oriented ways, and feel pride when something is truly finished. Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and structural components
• Build vehicles from chassis to fully test-ready car
• Work according to drawings, instructions, and technical documentation
• Cable routing, fitting, adjustment, and fine assembly
• Troubleshoot and solve practical challenges together with engineers and colleagues
• Participate in testing, improvements, and development work
• Contribute to order, quality, and strong teamwork in the workshop

• Documented experience in qualified mechanical assembly in a precision environment, for example within the automotive industry, aviation, motorsport, or similar professional activities. The experience can be acquired through professional life or through qualified personal projects (e.g., advanced vehicle builds), where work has been done against drawings, technical specifications, and high demands for precision and quality.
• Very good understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to independently interpret drawings, identify deviations, and ensure correct assembly.
• Several years of experience working from drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.
• An initiative-taking and practical approach with a strong focus on quality and collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a workshop environment where the pace is sometimes high and the work is continuously evolving.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as the corporate language is English.
• Knowledge of Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

The role of Vehicle Assembler is tied to Zenvo Automotive's headquarters and workshop in Præstø on southern Zealand, southeast of Copenhagen, and the employment takes place in Denmark. Præstø is within commuting distance from Scania, approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from Malmö and approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from Helsingborg.
