At Icomera, we are currently looking for a Production Assembler to join our team in Gothenburg.

This role is perfect for you if you enjoy working in a structured manner, following instructions, and taking pride in getting the job done right. Prior experience in assembly or electronics is not required – what matters most is your willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

What you will do

As a Production Assembler, you will prepare and configure products before they are shipped to our customers worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling and configuring products according to clear instructions
• Working with equipment such as routers, switches, and access points
• Performing quality control to ensure products meet high standards
• Reporting completed work in our systems
• Handling both large series and smaller custom orders
• Contributing to keeping the workplace well-organized and safe

The work is primarily independent but takes place within an engaged team that supports each other.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in assembly or production

Advantageous but not required

• Experience in warehousing
• Experience working with business systems
• Forklift license (Class A)
• Interest in electronics or technology

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career or looking to develop in a practical position where you learn on the job.
