With their own production facility and a strong focus on quality, flexibility, and delivery reliability, they supply high-quality meat products to restaurants, hotels, and institutional kitchens across Sweden.

The production involves butchering, processing, and packaging of fresh meat products, where high demands are placed on quality, hygiene, and food safety. The operations are characterized by short decision-making paths, good collaboration, and a desire for continuous development.

As a production worker, you will become a vital part of the daily production. Your tasks may include handling, butchering, trimming, processing, packaging, and quality control of meat products.

Production is driven by customer orders and forecasts, meaning the pace can be high at times. You will work together with your colleagues to ensure an efficient production flow and that the company's high quality standards are always met.

• Has experience working with meat, for example as a butcher, in meat production, charcuterie, delicatessen counter, or other food operations where you have handled and processed meat.

• Has a good understanding of food hygiene and the importance of quality.

• Is meticulous, responsible, and has a strong focus on quality.

• Thrives in physically demanding work with a fast pace.

• Is a team player who is willing to help out wherever needed.

• Is flexible and has a positive attitude.

• Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written).

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and enjoys practical work. You work structured even when the pace is high and collaborate easily with others. You see what needs to be done and contribute to a positive work environment where quality and team spirit are central.

The work is physical and involves standing and moving for large parts of the workday. Therefore, we require you to be physically fit and enjoy active work.
