About the Role

As Deputy Head, you have a central role in the department's leadership and development. You work closely with the Head of Ward and the Care Manager to create good conditions for an operation with high quality, a good work environment, and the patient in focus.

A role with breadth and development

The role includes:

• Being engaged in the daily work and long-term development of the operations.
• Working in close collaboration with the Head of Ward and the Care Manager.
• Monitoring the external environment and contributing new ideas and working methods for operational development.
• Planning, implementing, structuring, and documenting improvement and development work.
• Actively participating in the clinic's management group and contributing to the strategic development of the operations.
• Representing and replacing the Head of Ward in their absence.

Employment Terms

Permanent position, 100%. Start date by agreement.
