Are you a nurse with experience who wants to make a difference in the lives of the elderly and people with disabilities? Then you would fit into our team. We continue our development journey by now seeking three registered nurses who want to work with us in Care and Social Services, where you work for quality, participation, and person-centered care. Two of these positions involve evening and weekend shifts, and one is a night nurse position.

You will work across the entire area, including SÄBO (special housing for the elderly with care needs), disability care, and home care. There will be great opportunities for you to influence and make a difference in your work.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse, you are responsible for ensuring that individuals receive safe and secure care, as well as the best possible health and well-being, based on the municipality's responsibility for health and medical care.

You identify and prevent risks in care and assess users' needs for health and medical care interventions. You lead health and medical care work within care and social services and collaborate with other professional groups, both within and outside the operation, and are responsible for health and medical care interventions up to the nurse level.

Together, you work to meet the user's needs in the best possible way. The role also includes supervising and delegating care tasks to staff in a clear and pedagogical manner.

You will perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and care interventions for our patients.

You are also responsible for care documentation according to current legislation, and for the development and quality assurance of care work according to the operation's management system for quality and patient safety.

Documentation takes place in the database-based journal system Treserva.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse.

We prefer that you have previously worked in care and social services, particularly elderly care.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A B-driver's license is required.
