We operate from modern office premises on Eleonoragatan 18, approximately 1.5 kilometers from Eskilstuna train and bus station. For commuters, there is an opportunity to work during travel time. Welcome to us!

Job Responsibilities

You work in pairs with a physiotherapist at the patients' homes. The target group is people over 18 years old, although you will primarily meet older adults, and we offer services at the primary care level. Together, you find holistic solutions that strengthen the individual's independence in daily life. If you have a holistic view, see people's potential, and want to supervise nursing assistants in a rehabilitative working method, you have come to the right place. You work in a team in a geographical area and collaborate with physiotherapists, nurses, social secretaries, and colleagues within home care services.

To allow you, as a licensed professional, to focus on what you do best, we have rehabilitation assistants who help you with administration, prescribed exercise, and assistive device dispensing. We also have helpers who manage vehicles and our assistive device inventory.

Qualifications

For us, personality and attitude are more important than experience as an occupational therapist. You have a genuine interest in people and their health. We are looking for someone who is sensitive, flexible, self-assured, and good at collaborating with other professions. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and easily see the big picture.

Naturally, you are a licensed occupational therapist or will complete your education this semester. Those who have worked within municipal care have a slight advantage. If not as an occupational therapist, perhaps in another role or during your clinical placement (VFU). You also need to have a B driving license.
