About Us
Welcome to City Health Centre! We are a primary healthcare centre with approximately 17,000 registered patients and a staff of around 70 employees. The health centre is centrally located with good commuting options. We are now looking for an additional psychologist to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
As a psychologist at City Health Centre, you will be part of the psychosocial team, which currently consists of two psychologists and three social workers. We have a well-functioning team with good collaboration. Your main tasks will involve assessments and treatment interventions for patients with mild to moderate mental health issues.
We strive to offer quick assessment times, followed by treatment according to a stepped-care model. At the core of our services, we offer psychoeducational lectures and shorter individual interventions. Additionally, we provide various forms of group therapy as well as targeted individual treatment interventions. We also offer several different treatment programs within Internet-based CBT (iCBT).
You will also be part of one of the health centre's three base teams, consisting of a doctor, nurse, physiotherapist, psychologist or social worker, and a medical secretary. These teams exist to provide a consistent care contact and more cohesive care for patients who need this.
The health centre actively works with operational development, and as a psychologist, your competence in organizational development is highly valued. Regular external supervision is offered.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist. Experience within primary care and/or CBT/ACT is considered an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal qualities, where good teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently are highly valued.
