About the Job

We are now looking for more sales consultants for our office in Solna, located in an attractive area close to both the commuter train and Mall of Scandinavia.

As a sales consultant, you work with telephone sales to private individuals. You will represent well-known brands within the energy and telecom industries and help customers find solutions that suit their needs.

We offer a secure base salary combined with an attractive commission model with no cap, giving you the opportunity to influence your income based on your results. Through our strong partner companies, well-known products, and continuous coaching, you will have excellent conditions for success from the start.

What we offer:

  • Base salary + generous commission A fixed base salary based on your experience, as well as a commission model with the possibility of very good income levels.
  • 35-hour work week Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:15, Friday: 09:00–16:00.
  • 25 vacation days per year.
  • Development and community Continuous education, coaching, and ongoing follow-up to support your development. We also arrange social events, sales competitions, and team activities.
  • Wellness hour 1 hour of wellness per week.

Scope: Full-time

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is communicative and service-oriented with the ability to create trust and build long-term relationships.
  • Has a strong drive and is motivated by achieving set goals.
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.
  • Has experience in sales (meritorious but not a requirement).

Employment and start date: We apply a 6-month probation period that transitions into a permanent position. Start dates are ongoing as agreed.
