About the role

As a salesperson at Heartbeat Sales, you focus on one thing: selling subscriptions for Heartbeat AI – Europe's leading energy platform with intelligent AI control and over 100,000 connected homes in 5 countries. It is a modern SaaS solution that connects the home to the electricity market to automatically optimize electricity consumption, buy electricity when it is cheapest, and cut households' electricity costs every month.

Forget sluggish sales processes – here it is about quick closures and short sales cycles. You can expect a high pace, a cool vibe, and fantastic opportunities to maximize your salary through a very attractive commission model.

What you will do in short:

• Own the sales process: You drive the entire cycle via phone – from first contact to closed contract.
• Sell smart benefits: You contact new and existing customers who have solar panels and batteries, and show how Heartbeat AI automatically lowers their electricity costs.
• Close fast deals: You focus solely on Heartbeat AI subscriptions, which gives short sales cycles and quick results.

Who are you?

We place absolutely the greatest emphasis on your personal qualities, your energy, and your drive. Since we are building an entirely new sales team, we are looking for someone who wants to help set the culture from day one, spread positive energy, and celebrate joint victories in the office.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong inner motor, is goal-oriented, and is motivated by results.
• Is not afraid of the phone as a tool and is triggered by fast sales cycles and "closing".
• Is communicative, receptive, and skilled at building trust over the phone.

No prior sales experience is required – we give you thorough training in the product and modern sales techniques! However, it is a big plus if you have worked in some form of customer contact previously (e.g., within sales, service, retail, support, or hospitality).
